How to Take a Screenshot. ( Windows, Mac )

If you wish to take a screenshot, follow these simple guides

    Window Users

    1. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn].

    2. Open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.

    3. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.

    4. If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.

Optional: Use your image editor's crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot.

    5. Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.

    6. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image.

    7. Type a file name for the image.

    For Mac Users

    1. Hold down Apple Key+Shift Key+4, you will see the cursor change to a crosshair.

    2. This will take a screen-shot of the entire screen.

    3. To take a screen-shot of only the Lasuni window, hold down Apple Key+Shift Key+4 then press Spacebar.

    4. Point into the window you wish, your cursor will now be a Camera icon...and the area you are selecting will be orange showing the capture area.

    5. By default the image will show on the desktop.

    For Linux Users

    1. Open the KSnapshot program found in "Start -> Graphics." Make sure the application is on the same desktop as the screen shot you want.

    2. Choose the capture mode. If you want the entire desktop choose "Full Screen." If you only want a certain window, choose "Window Under Cursor."

    3. Click the "New Snapshot" button.

    4. Position the white cross that appears over the screen or the window. Left-click your mouse.

    5. Look at the KSnapshot window and make sure you got the correct shot. Click either "Copy to Clipboard", "Save As.." or "Open With" to continue working with your image.
